Kombucha is a sparkling, refreshing soft drink based on black and green tea and probiotic culture SCOBY (symbiotic culture of yeast and bacteria). This ancient elixir, originally from Asia, is an increasingly popular alternative to juices (even alcohol), and is credited with positive effects on immunity and digestion. Each batch of Kombucha Crobucha is made by hand, in small quantities, with quality Japanese, Chinese and Indian teas and ingredients from local producers dedicated to organic farming whenever possible, such as lemons from Vis, Sage from Kornati or lavender from Hvar.
